The aim is to bring the Town’s radio communications, and its dispatch center, up to modern standards. The services sought include, but are not limited to, examination and evaluation of the current communications system, and provision of a report on the findings and needs that includes recommendations for an upgrade. The Consultant(s) shall provide expertise and oversight in the design of an upgraded radio communications system, the provision of bid documents with a proposed contract, implementation and coordination of the upgrades, quality assurance and performance testing, system cutover, and final acceptance of the project.
