USNS CARL BRASHEAR RHIB Repair

 This posting constitutes the Military Sealift Command's (MSC) notice of an intent to award, on a sole source basis, a purchase order to Fassmer Service America LLC, 3650 NW 15th Street, Lauderhill, FL, 33311, for repairing the RHIB Boats and restoring the damaged Fiberglass Hull and degraded tarp, and associated hardware/accessories for the USNS CARL BRASHEAR in accordance with the attached statement of work. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1. The applicable NAICS Code is 811310 and the size standard of $7,500,000.00. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes in accordance with the attached combined synopsis and solicitation document. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received prior to the deadline of this posting will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See attached combined synopsis and solicitation
