The purpose of this synopsis is to gain market research on potential Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) or Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Information received will be used in any set-aside determination. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office 16 (RPO 16) anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a Design/Build construction services contract for Project 586-20-102, Renovate Room B-08A & F-24 for new CTs. Scope of the project comprises the design, renovate and intended to allow the facility to more effectively address new design layout to include 2 new CT scanner rooms, waiting area, control rooms, and associated supportive spaces. Field verification of existing conditions is required. The project is located at the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center, 1500 E. Woodrow Wilson Ave. The magnitude of this project is

between $ 1,000,000 and $ 5,000,000 (VAAR 836.204). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is to 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with the Small Business Size Standard of $ 36.5M, for this Sources Sought Notice, Project 586-20-102.
