Item (CSI). Depot Maintenance Work Requirement DMWR-1-6130-297, Revision Date: 11/15/1995, Change #: C1, is adequate to support the overhaul of the POWER SUPPLY, FUEL. These items are non-commercial; FAR Part 12 will not be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB. This procurement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-aside. A Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. By U.S. law, participation in small business set-asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign request for this solicitation will not be honored. Requests for the solicitation shall be by FAX, mail, or email.
