The County of Hawaiʻi, Department of Research and Development Request Proposals for the County of Hawaii State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds Program Small Business Economic Recovery & Support. Offerors are to upload their proposals in the Public Purchase system, including all required documents as instructed in the RFP document. Questions are to be submitted through Public Purchase by the date listed on the Notice to Proposers. Please do not contact the Department with questions.
