The Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center is seeking sources that can provide: A Multi- Year Service Contract to that can provide removal of hazardous, non-hazardous, universal, chemical, pharmaceutical and toxic waste disposal at the Cleveland VA Medical Center (10701 East Blvd Cleveland, OH 44106) and all Community Based Outpatient Clinics (on an as needed basis). . The VA Contracting Officer reserves the right to issue multiple awards as a result of this solicitation. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541350. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a five-year firm-fixed-price contract.
