Annual Inspection and Testing of Rescue Tools and Equipment

This is a requirement for the maintenance and testing of aerial device. The services required shall be in accordance with National Fire Protection Association, AFOSH, and OSHA standards. [NOTE TO FIRMS LOCATED IN OTHER THAN JAPAN]: The offeror is required to represent that it is duly authorized to operate and to do business in the country of Japan in which the contract is to be performed, IAW DFARS 252.225-7042, "Authorization to Perform".
