SCOPE: The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking services that provides assessment support of closed-circuit television (CCTV) on sewer main assets, builds a risk matrix using artificial intelligence and provides a summary of findings. What we can do is provide a letter from our insurance broker saying that we will commit to providing the insurance requirements in the final negotiated executed contract. Would this be ok? Later on the page it also states, "This form is required and is considered part of the response to this RFP." Do we need to complete this form and upload it as part of our response before award of the project?
