The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Pensacola, FL at Pensacola International Airport.The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 5,090 ANSI/BOMA office area and (0) adjacent parking spaces.
