We appreciate the feedback received so far and we understand that some of the pricing already provided might not be taking into consideration some of this information. The additional information has been provided by the requesting activity:

-All Government Furnished Equipment will be provided, and then maintained by the contractor.
-All Subsistence will be ordered via the DLA SPV.
-All items must meet the US Army Guidelines and meet DLA Berry-Amendments.
-Contractors will also be responsible for Administrative Control of the Facility.
-CAC Cards and Installation Access would be provided upon award of contract.
