Solicitation Description
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Chapter 103D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, (hereinafter “HRS”), the Office of Hawaiian Affairs (hereinafter “OHA”) will be accepting proposals from qualified firms to provide leasing and property management services at OHA’s Iwilei properties located at 500 N. Nimitz Highway and 501 Sumner Street Apartments 1, 2, and 3A , Honolulu, Hawaiʻi 96817. Individuals or firms are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit that will be held on Friday, November 12, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. Hawaii Standard Time (hereinafter

“HST). All individuals or firms shall meet at the guard station in front of the main entrance to the building facing Nimitz Highway. Please notify Farah Cabrera at farahc@oha.org by noon, HST, on November 10, 2021 if you will be attending the site inspection. If you are running late, please contact Farah Cabrera at (808) 594-0230.

Offerors must have experience in leasing industrial, office and commercial retail and/or restaurant leasing. The brokerage firm shall maintain a principal place of business located in the State of Hawai‘i from where the brokerage firm conducts business and where the brokerage firm’s books and records are maintained. The place of business shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 467, HRS, and Chapter 99, HAR, as respectively amended from time to time.

Proposals shall be submitted via email to proposals@oha.org by no later than 2:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time (hereinafter “HST”), Thursday, December 9, 2021. The official time will be that which the email is received by OHA.
