STATE OF ALASKA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC FACILITIES DIVISION OF FACILITIES SERVICES, STATEWIDE PUBLIC FACILITIES NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSRFP No. 25232005 – King Salmon Airport Snow Removal Equipment Building (SREB) Design Services The Contractor shall provide professional Architectural and Engineering Services for the design of a heated, 4-bay Snow Removal Equipment Building (SREB) at King Salmon Airport (AKN). Concept plan for building suggests that it is approximately 140’ long x 100 feet deep with a concrete slab foundation. Each bay will be a pull-through with 30’ wide doors at each end. Building will be connected to existing airport building. Services are anticipated to include: Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Geotechnical Engineering, Architecture, Surveying, Environmental, Cost Estimating, and assistance during Bidding and Construction.A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Agreement is approximately September 2022 to December 2026. Cost of these professional services is expected to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000.The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available July 7, 2022 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.
