Description NYCHA, by issuing this RFP, seeks proposals (“Proposals”) from micrographics firms (the “Proposers”) to (i) provide NYCHA with the full range of micrographic services, including, but not limited to, prepping, filming, processing, performing quality control inspections, indexing, and shredding of reviewed, filmed paper documents and picking up documents from three NYCHA central office locations in conformance with NYCHA and the American National Standards Institute and Association of Information Image Management’s (“ANSI/AIIM”) microfilm requirements, and (ii) at NYCHA’s discretion (a) have the Consultant perform internal quality control inspections of the microfilm performed on NYCHA records not filmed by the Consultant, (b) have independent third party quality control inspections of the microfilm performed on NYCHA records filmed by the Consultant, (c) maintain NYCHA’s existing microfilm library and provide NYCHA with electronic access to its records or return the
microfilmed rolls to NYCHA, and (d) maintain new microfilmed NYCHA records offsite and provide NYCHA with electronic access to its records or return the microfilmed rolls to NYCHA, as detailed more fully within Section II of this RFP (collectively, the “Services”).The release date of this RFP is April 14, 2023 (the “Release Date”).A non-mandatory Proposers’ conference (“Proposers’ Conference”) will be hosted online via Microsoft Teams on April 26, 2023, at 12:00 P.M. Proposers will be permitted to ask additional questions at the Proposers’ Conference.
