NGB Refuse and Recycling Services

To provide waste (collection) management and recycling services for Herbert R. Temple. Jr, Army National Guard Readiness Center (TARC). The waste management is to include the disposal of all solid refuse and the recycling of all paper, aluminum can, steel can, glass, and plastics. Possible inclusion will be items such as used toner cartridges and batteries along with cardboard bale and pallet removal. All equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items for services, necessary to maintain the refuse collection and disposal at TARC will be provided by the contractor. TARC is comprised of two (2) buildings and three (3) parking structures. All services will be performed solely at TARC. Within the two buildings there are approximately 2500 occupants, two (2) 24-hour secure Operation Centers, a full-service Cafeteria, a Snack Bar, and 2 Gym facilities.
