Scope of Services
Provide City Computers per the bid specifications. Monitors are NOT to be included as part of this bid. The equipment specified will be placed into service by the City of Garden Grove’s Information Technology Department so installation is not required.
Other Details
Bids are due and must be submitted electronically no later than 9:00 a.m., local time, Thursday, May 26, 2022, unless you are otherwise notified via an addendum. Bids will only be accepted electronically via the Planet Bids portal and there will not be a public bid opening. Bids results will be posted on the City's Planet Bids portal.
Late bids will not be accepted for any reason. All questions regarding this IFB are to be sent in writing to Sandra Segawa by using the on-line Q&A in the City's Planet Bids portal.
Please note that if any addenda are posted during the time that this item is out for bid, all electronic bids that have been submitted will be invalidated. If this happens, please do the following by the bid deadline so that your bid is validated again:
1. Acknowledge the new addenda
2. Select Place E-bid
3. Return to their bid and either
-Select edit, make any necessary changes, hit submit OR
