cduenez@cityofredlands.org Bids to Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services The City of Redlands (City) Municipal Utilities and Engineering Department is currently soliciting bids for Air Quality Sampling and Analysis. The successful bidder(s) will be issued an annual purchase order for 12-months, July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024, with extension options as indicated on the Price and Fee Bid Sheet. The following list of items detail the expected scope of services: 1. Air Quality Sample Collection at the City’s Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) 1950 Nevada St., Redlands, CA 92373. a. Provide weekly air quality sample collection at two-three locations for 1) Sulfur Compounds (TRS) analysis; 2) HHV, F factor (ATSM 1945/3588) analysis; b. Provide as needed sample collection for Siloxanes (GC-MS TO 15) analysis. If ordered, sample to be collected as part of weekly sample collection for Sulfur Compounds and HHV, F factor; c. Provide as needed rush sample collection to be performed within 1-2 business days; d. Unit price for air quality sample collection to include travel to and from the WWTP, fuel costs, hourly rate, sampling equipment, and any other associated cost, with exception to sample collection consumables; e. Sample collection to be performed within 5 working days from the date of order unless otherwise specified; f. All sample collection to be performed in a safe manner, using the appropriate personal protective equipment, and in accordance with the City’s safety practices and site-specific contractor requirements; and g.
