Lehigh County Authority (LCA or “Authority”) will receive sealed bids online via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.net) until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, August 30th, 2022, for the Boiler Replacement at the Kline’s Island Wastewater Treatment Plant located in the City of Allentown. All bids will be publicly opened online and posted.The Project generally consists of replacing the boiler system at the Kline’s Island Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), including related mechanical / HVAC, and electrical work. 1. A Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond are also required prior to award of the Contract. This Project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
