The Library is also home to the world’s largest law library, National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, Congressional Research Service, and Copyright Royalty Board. website at www.loc.gov.The Center for Exhibits and Interpretation (CEI) creates exhibitions, learning spaces and publications that provide access to and connections with the physical and digital collections. The group is responsible to insuring the Library puts forth a consistent, unified message to all Library users.The Design Office (DO) supports the Library’s design needs by providing layout and design services for both electronic and print communications. From reports, brochures, posters, folders, social media icons, ads, and event programs for major Library exhibitions and special events, to entire media kits and specialty publications.Amendment 0001 adds Attachment J-1 - Wage Determination.Amendment 0002 revises Sections C and L and provides Attachment J-2 - Responses to Offeror Questions.  The proposal response date has been extended until November 30, 2020 at 12:00 Noon EST.Amendment 0003 Provides Revised Attachment J-2 - Responses to Offeror Questions, dated 11/20/2020.  All terms and conditions remain unchanged.
