Proposals shall be sent to the Board of Commissioners, 34 County Drive, Laconia, New Hampshire 03246 by 2:00pm, Tuesday, August 22, 2023. Countys Options The County reserves the right to reject or accept all or any part of any proposal and waive any formalities, to determine what constitutes a conforming proposal, to award the proposal solely as it deems to be in the best interest of the County, and to waive irregularities that it considers not material to the proposal. General Specifications Site visitation to view the vehicle is mandatory and by appointment only. No drop-ins are allowed.
