Notice of Intent to Host an Industry Day The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) intends to release a Request for Information (RFI) to support a provision requirement for all services required to provide software engineering support, operations (including security) and maintenance (O&M) support, platform and application development, and Tier 3 support across all enterprise applications to support the information technology requirements of Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The services to be acquired also include program management and administrative support necessary for the administration of this award. As background, the MCC network supports approximately 600 users, consisting of 315 Full-Time Employees (FTEs), and just under 300 non-employees. Approximately 95 percent (95%) of MCC staff are located at its facility in Washington D.C. The MCC headquarters location has successfully cultivated a telework culture, and many staff

work from home two or more days per week.MCC will host an Industry Day on January 29, 2020 from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM EST. The Industry Day will be held at MCC Headquarters located at 1099 14th St NW, Washington, DC, 20005. If you are interested in attending the Industry Day, and wish to reserve a seat on the Eventbrite link https://www.eventbrite.com/e/mcc-software-development-services-recompete-tickets-89876532127 no later than 6 PM EST, January 27, 2020. Your registration must include the names of the attendees from your company, job titles, and email addresses. If there are any issues, please send an email to softwrdev@mcc.gov.  MCC intends to limit the number of attendees to two (2) per company. Responses received after 6 pm EST on January 27, 2020 will not be considered.ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONSMCC requests that vendors thoroughly review the requirement prior to Industry Day and come prepared to participate in discussions, share ideas, and provide meaningful feedback during our question and answer session.In your response, please indicate whether you are a small, medium or large business, and name the contract vehicles you currently have.Responses to questions will be due after Industry Day. MCC will allow vendors to have fourteen (14) days after Industry Day to complete and submit the responses to the questions.
