BID# 22-002 UCaas/CCaas Solution

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS BID PROPOSAL NO. 22-002 Sealed bids will be received until 12:00 P.M. CST on Monday, September 6, 2021, for UCaaS/CCaaS to be installed for Jefferson Parish Human Services Authority. The work consists of providing a solution that will serve as a roadmap for JPHSA’s enterprise cloud-based telephony infrastructure for the next three years. It is critical that JPHSA be able to maintain all existing phone numbers with any new solution. The successful solution will encompass all JPHSA locations and will have scalability and flexibility to meet the changing needs of JPHSA’s business. All questions and all responses will be shared with all participants. All bids must be in accordance with the contract documents on file with Jefferson Parish
