The Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), Interior Business Center (IBC), intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Aircraft Technical Publisher located at 101 South Hill Drive, Brisbane, CA 94005-1203 for aircraft manuals, technical publications and regulatory content to maintain a OAS¿ Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certified repair station. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FARs Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
