Simulators for our Fluid Power Program, one to be placed on our Brooklyn Park Campus and one to be placed on our Eden Prairie Campus. Hennepin Technical College wants to purchase two Double Station Hydraulic Training Simulators that meet all of the specifications listed below. Hennepin Technical College requires equipment to be delivered by April 10, 2024. Technical/Functional Requirements All units must meet the following requirements. 1. Dual sided hydraulic training simulator / floor space 30” x 48” 2. Onboard PLC and panel PC including a second 22” (56cm) touch-screen integrated with labs and electronic auto fault insertion associated with #38 , 39 requirements. 3. Electronic auto-fault insertion – makes it possible for every component on the simulator to automatically “wear out.” 4. Pressure/leak Testing capabilities. Pressure/leak test pump w/quick-connect/ disconnect valve 5. Two - Pump - Axial piston-type, variable volume, pressure-compensated with load sensing options and; 3.78 Lpm (1.0 GPM); 69 bar (1000 PSI); adjustable pressure compensator; adjustable flow 6. Two - Electric motor - Single-phase; 115V; TEFC; 1750 RPM; C-face; thermal overload protection 7. Two - Electric motor on/off switch - Lockout/tagout mechanism; thermal overload protection with manual reset 8. Two - Hydraulic reservoir - capacity 17 liter (4.5 gallon) 5. Filtration - 10 micron, spin on/off element w/by-pass gauge 9.
