IDIQ for Architect and Engineering consultancy services

Pre-solicitation notice for RFQ #19UK5623Q0012The U.S. Mission to the United Kingdom intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Architect and Engineering (A&E) consultancy services. Only companies with specialist knowledge and experience of the following A&E services should request an RFQ package:UK Building RegulationsPlanning, including conservations areas and listed building consentEnvironmental Assessments and ImprovementsMechanical EngineeringElectrical EngineeringStructural EngineeringBuilding surveyingEstimatingUK Health and Safety CDM RegulationsVendors must be able to work on projects at locations in London, Belfast, and Edinburgh.It is compulsory for all companies doing business with the U.S. Government valued at over $30,000 to register on a website called “SAM – System for Award Management” www.sam.gov. The website compiles standard information such as company legal name, street address, contact information, and what kind of goods and services it offers. To register in SAM and a CAGE code are required. If you do not have this information, it must be obtained before registering. There is no cost involved, either in obtaining the numbers or registering in SAM. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to register their business as soon as possible to avoid any delay in finalizing an award.Please note that the solicitation documentation is not yet ready to be issued.
