The Department of General Services, Facilities Management Division, is seeking Invitations for Bids to Lease approximately 1,703 square feet of kitchen space for Cafeteria and Dining Room area,
3,548 square feet of dining, inside/outside area, at 1215 O Street, Sacramento, CA 95814. This Kitchen is intended to be a pizza and burgers themed food menu. This Kitchen does not have a pasta cooker.
You are invited to review and respond to the attached Request for Proposal/Qualifications (RFP/Q). In submitting your proposal, you must comply with the instructions found herein.
Please note that the building space lease for the proposed Cafeteria has a five (5) year Lease term. Rent will be a part of the bid process per square foot, includes
