The new Commercial Card Services Master Agreement is complete. The Master Agreement, solicitation documents, and sample Participating Addendum are available for participants to begin their negotiation process. In addition to Participating Addendum negotiation, new Customers may begin their account set up process, but the contract effective date will begin January 1, 2021. New accounts may be set up, but not “turned on” until the effective date. Update November 13, 2020. The Commercial Card Services Master Agreement has been Amended and Restated. The effective date of the Master Agreement has not changed July 9, 2020. Card services start date has not changed, January 1, 2021. At the Participating State's discretion, Participating Addendums may require updating.
