Amendment No. 3 to Request for Quote: Ethernet Cable Installation for Bureau of Indian Affairs - Columbia River Branch OfficeThe purpose of Amendment No. 3 is to answer vendor questions submitted to the government after the site visit. See attached document for vendor questions posed and government clarifications to the Statement of Work. This document shall be incorporated into the Statement of Work. This amendment also extends the due date for submission of quotes. The new due date for submission of quotes is 2/24/2021 at noon PST. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. For questions about this amendment, please submit them in writing to Anita.MacAuley@bia.gov with 140A1220Q0013 in the subject line of your email.The purpose of this Amendment No. 2 is to schedule one additional site visit. The site visit will be held at Columbia River Branch (400 E. Mill Plain Blvd, Vancouver, WA 98660) at noon Pacific Time on
Tuesday, February 9, 2021. Due to the need to implement CDC social distancing requirements related to the COVID-19 pandemic, if more than 5 individuals present for the site visit, government officials will escort attendees in to view the site in groups of no more than 5 for 15 minutes per group until all attendees can be accommodated. All attendees to the site visit will be required to follow social distancing and face/nose mask covering recommendations in accordance with the Attachment 5: COVID 19 Guidance for Work on BIA Projects.The due date for quotes remains unchanged: 2/22/2021 at noon PT. For any questions about this Amendment No. 2 please contact Anita.MacAuley@bia.gov.The Bureau of Indian Affairs anticipates the award of a firm fixed price construction contract for ethernet and fiber cabling electrical work at its Columbia River Branch located in Vancouver, Washington in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 36, 13, and 15. The space where work will be performed is on the 3rd floor of an administrative office type building located in downtown Vancouver, Washington; the space is currently unoccupied. Davis Bacon wage minimums for Clark County, Washington shall apply to any contract issued for this work. The work shall consist of: general cleanup of old cable plant and telecom equipment within the office space (used by former tenant); pull and dispose of the existing ethernet and fiber cabling and excess telecom racks. Vendor to provide all cabling, termination supplies, conduit, and patch panels. See the attached Statement of Work, Attachments, and terms and conditions for a complete project description.One site visit will be held at the project site on January 29, 2021 at noon Pacific Time. The estimated value of this work is between $25,000.00 and $100,000. The anticipated duration of the contract is 30 days after notice to proceed. A low voltage electrical license in the state of Washington (or equivalent) shall be required to be submitted with quote. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.See the attached Statement of Work, Terms and Conditions for a complete description of this requirement and refer to the attachment "Instructions" for how to submit a quote.
