STATE OF ALASKA, DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCESDIVISION OF MINING, LAND, & WATERLAND CONVEYANCE SECTION Notice of Land Conveyance to the Eagle River Lions Club ADL 234255The Alaska Senate committee directed DNR in the conveyance of the subject parcel pursuant to SLA 2022, Ch. 49, Sec. 2 of House Bill 304 to convey to the Eagle Rivers Lions Club the surface estate of the real property used as a public park in Eagle River, Alaska. The 40.0-acre parcel is located in Eagle River on the corner of Eagle River Road and Eagle River Loop Road, approximately 1.7 miles east of the Glenn Highway.Public notice includes the Commissioner's Decision (ADL 234255), the Mineral Order (Closing) 1285 (MO), and the pertinent attachments. Because the legislature directed the conveyance of this land under SLA 2022, CH. 49 Sec. 2 of House Bill 304, the scope of those appeals may be limited.
