Solicitation Description
The Department of Health, Communicable Disease and Public Health Nursing Division, Hansen’s Disease Branch (HDB) is requesting that interested qualified applicants provide information that will assist DOH as it develops a request for proposal to procure supplemental nursing services for patients in two Expanded Adult Residential Care Homes operated by HDB - the Kalaupapa Care Home located in Kalaupapa Settlement, island of Moloka’i and Hale Mohalu Care Home located in Kaimuki, Honolulu on the island of O’ahu. The nursing

services will supplement existing staff, consisting of Registered Professional Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Specifically, HDB seeks expressions of interest from organizations that are qualified to provide the services.
