All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.***************************************AMDT 0001**************************************SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONSThis Request for Quote (RFQ) is to provide all personnel, labor, supplies, and transportation necessary for Park Attendant services at eleven (11) campgrounds spread over four (4) Lake Area Locations (Rough River, Nolin River, Barren River, and Green River). Please review the Performance Work Statement for the
locations. Each campground requires a minimum of two attendants to perform duties. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms, clauses, and conditions incorporated herein.Up to eleven (11) awards will be made from this RFQ. One award will be made for park attendant services at each of the eleven listed site locations.NOTE: There is a bonding requirement for this procurement action.All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of a contract. All proposed contractors are highly encouraged to review FAR 52.232-33 -- Payments by Electronic Funds Transfer -- System for Award Management (July 2013), which indicates “All payments by the Government under this contract shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT).” Those not currently registered can obtain registration by going to the website http://www.sam.gov. The process can usually be completed from 24 to 48 hours after submission. Contractors will need to obtain a DUNS number for processing their registration. If you do not already have a DUNS number, one can be obtained from Dun and Bradstreet by calling 1-800-333-0505. Refer to www.SAM.gov for information formerly found in CCR, EPLS, ORCA, and FedReg. If you are not currently registered, please begin the registration process before submitting a quote.  NOTE: SAM is completely free of charge for both registrants and users.This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, under NAICS code 561210 ($41.5 Million). Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor.Quotes are due 30 December 2019, 4:00 pm Eastern Time. Electronic submittals will be accepted. Fax submittals will not be accepted. Quotes will not be accepted for quantities less than the quantities specified in the price breakout schedule.NOTE: The contract award will be based on Best Value to the Government as determined by the Trade-Off evaluation process based on the following evaluation factors: (1) Past Performance and (2) Price. Offerors must submit pricing for the desired location.Interested parties may submit quotes for one or all campgrounds as desired but will be awarded only one campground.
