REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) No. 24-2480 General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) Services Lake Washington School District High School Additions RESPONSE DUE: APRIL 26, 2024 @ 12:00 P.M. PST The Lake Washington School District (LWSD) is accepting proposals from general contracting firms to provide GC/CM services. Project Description: To address short and long-term capacity needs, this multi-phase program may include but is not limited to interior renovations to existing buildings, site improvements and additions at Redmond High School in Redmond, WA and Eastlake High School in Sammamish, WA. Interested parties must register with Bonfire to view and download RFQ documents and upload submittals. No hardcopy submittals will be accepted. All submittals will be electronically submitted via the Bonfire portal.
