The building has an existing life-safety diesel generator which needs replacement due to failing components. The replacement components are not readily available and therefore TCHC seeks a vendor to replace this generator with a new unit. The new unit will add additional loads onto the life safety loads (“sustained occupancy” loads) and will be a natural gas unit.
