mowens@csufresno.edu In order to continue to elevate Fresno State’s brand regionally, nationally and globally, and remain relevant and valued among our various constituencies, it is imperative that we assess and strengthen our value proposition and overall brand positioning. The University’s last comprehensive brand research study was conducted in 2009. Changes in the higher education landscape, coupled with changes in leadership and the University’s growth in academic excellence, have uniquely positioned Fresno State to be at the cusp of advancing to new heights as an innovative institution that is recognized nationally and globally. At this critical moment, solidifying the brand and marketing of Fresno State through objective research requires the services of a third party. As a performance-driven brand, Fresno State aims to understand the true perceptions, desires and motivations of our various target audiences through research and data-informed measurements. The study will focus on our audiences’ perception of Fresno State, resulting in findings that will position Fresno State to build brand equity across all target audiences. Description
