Professional Contract and On-Call Staffing: Building Official, Senior and Combination Building Inspector(s), Permit Technician(s), and Oil Field Services Coordinator. 2. Professional Contract Plan Check Services: Review of plans and supplemental documents (structural calculations, Title 24, geological investigation reports, soils reports, etc.) for code compliance with the California Building Codes (Building, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, Green, etc.).
