This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents. Minnesota State intends to enter into 3-year Complete Partnership Agreement with Assessment Technologies Institute, LLC. ATI has become the nation's largest provider of instructional support in nursing education, with over 2,500 nursing programs across the nation currently using their services, and a database of assessment results from over 9 million students. This contract renewal has been deemed a single source due to ATI's comprehensive array of services, which includes program admissions assessment, tutorial support, individualized remediation programming, program level analytics for continuous improvement, and predictive testing and intervention to increase the likelihood of first time success in passing the NCLEX-PN exam. No other vendor currently provides this comprehensive array of student assessments, individualized intervention, or instructional feedback. For this reason, this renewal has been deemed a single source due to the inability to receive mandatory support from a 3rd party vendor.
