OSH LOM Antenna Replacement

The Federal Aviation Administration contemplates issuing a Screening Information Request (SIR) for OSH LOM Antenna Replacement at the following location: Van Dyne, Wisconsin 54989. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:Removal of LOM antenna cables from the wood pole supportsFurnish and install new antenna wood polesFurnish and construct new chain link fence and gate around pole. Construct new concrete pier foundations for new chain link fence posts The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, supervision and transportation to perform this work in accordance with the specifications and drawings, as well as, all local, state and federal laws. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) and proposals are not being accepted from this public announcement. The responses to this market survey will be used for information purposes only.  The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the

response to this market survey.  Any cost associated with the market survey submittal is solely at the interested vendor’s expense.The purpose of this market survey is to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from 8(a) certified firms; Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB); HUBzone small businesses; Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB).  The acquisition strategy for the procurement has not been determined at this time; however, either an unrestricted competition or a set-aside will be chosen depending on the responses to the market survey.Responses to this announcement, expressing interest, must include the following information:Company Name; Address; point of contact name, email address and telephone numberBusiness size classification: 8(a) Certified, Small Business; Service-Disabled Veteran-Owed Small Business (SDVOSB), etc.DUNS NumberProvide a copy of SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicableCapability Statement to include type of service provided by your firm, relevant experience on projects of similar scope and complexity within the last five years.
