INVITATION TO BID Country Hills Golf Cart Barn Demolition BID SUBMISSION DEADLINE EXTENDED - FEBRUARY 9, 2023 @10AM ADDENDUM #1 ADDENDUM #2 The City of Hendersonville is accepting separate bids for the following Country Hills Golf Cart Barn Demolition. Specifications may be obtained here; or by email request to Sarah Lock with the PUBLIC WORKS Department at slock@hvilletn.org, or by paper copy from the PUBLIC WORKS Department, Hendersonville City Hall, 101 Maple Drive North, Hendersonville, TN 37075. Bids must be submitted by February 9, 2023, for opening at 10:00 AM in the PUBLIC WORKS Office. The City reserves the right to refuse any and all bids. BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS Sealed bids will be received by the City of Hendersonville, Public Works Department, for the furnishing of all materials and supplying of all labor necessary to provide Country Hills Golf Cart Barn Demolition located at 1501 Saundersville Road, Hendersonville, TN 37075. The Golf Cart Barn is a one-story, heavy-wood-framed structure clad in metal siding and roofing. The main portion of the building measures 65 feet x 100 feet, with an L-shaped projection that measures 50 feet x 30 feet. Copies of the specifications and contract documents may be examined and obtained at the Public Works Department, located at Hendersonville City Hall, 101 Maple Drive North, Hendersonville, Tennessee 37075.
