Please be aware that it is the standard policy of Dellinger, Inc. to require subcontractors to provide acceptable payment and performance bonds. However, we are willing to review each subcontract on a case by case basis. A valid insurance certificate will be required showing Dellinger, Inc. as an additional insured on a primary basis for general liability coverage for ongoing operations and for completed operations. Dellinger, Inc. has a quick pay policy once the work has been reviewed and approved by the Owner.
