seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations (Proposers) to provide environmental documentation and environmental services on an as-needed or on-call basis. The Housing Division of the City’s Community Development Agency is responsible for the administration and oversight of the City’s housing-related activities. From time to time, the Division requires additional professional environmental services and technical expertise. This Request for Proposals (RFP) for Environmental Review Services is released to identify consultants who have extensive experience working with public entities to provide on-call planning and environmental review services. . Other Details The eligibility criteria for prospective candidates submitting proposals for the services outlined in this RFP necessitate a comprehensive set of qualifications. • Proposers must possess a minimum of five (5) years of recent and demonstrable experience in the preparation and provision of Environmental Review Services, adhering to the stringent requirements stipulated by both the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
