The CAC facility (center area and bays 3&4) is currently used as Fire Station 3, which is critical to providing emergency response capability to the South Loop of the airfield. The building is sitting on known contaminated soil areas ST049 and TU077. The facility was not designed to be used as a firehouse, so it does not adequately accommodate their mission.
