Collier County Emergency Management Division (CCEMD) is requesting bids for a 4 Wheel Drive Utility Truck with Fuel Tanks. The utility truck is to be equipped with a utility body, supplemental unleaded and diesel fuel tanks for fuel transfer, dual rear wheels and able to tow a minimum of 11,000 pounds with a 16,000 GVR chassis. The vehicle will assist in the delivery of emergency supplies, heavy duty towing of trailers and generators, be two-way radio equipped by the customer and have certain accessories and upfit for emergency management and disaster use. Collier County will consider an in-stock, on the lot vehicle, subject to inspection and all of the utility body and chassis specifications being met. All accessories, supplemental fuel tanks, and the vendor or vendors used to install the accessories and or other upfits must be approved by the County.
