above the ground and dealt with by chipping at ground level and blowing the wood chips into the large dump box of the truck. These wood chips are utilized for all the trail resurfacing required in the City of Richmond. The large dump box allows the collection and transport of the chips so they can be dumped at sites where the chips are required, i.e. Richmond Nature Park. This unit can also be utilized to install banners and baskets on light standards as well as installing holiday lights.
