The Department evaluated technical proposals and heard oral presentations regarding DOT-ITN-20-9104-SJ for the Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) Data Exchange Platform. It is the Department’s intent to rank the shortlisted firms as follows:
1. Southwest Research Institute2. Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. (VHB)3. Panasonic Corporation of North America4. Battelle Memorial Institute5. SAS Institute6. Accenture LLPA contract will be awarded to the highest ranked vendor that reaches an acceptable agreement with the Department. If negotiations fail with the first-ranked vendor, negotiations may begin with the second-ranked vendor, and so on until there is an agreement on an acceptable contract. The Department reserves the option to resume negotiations that were previously suspended.A copy of the tabulation is provided below.
