VA seeks sources to lease approximately 5,000 to 5,250 ABOA Square Feet, no more than 5,500 RSF (rentable square feet) of space and 24 reciprocal on-site parking spaces for use by VA as a Vet Center, within the delineated area explained below. If on-site parking cannot be accommodated, parking must be available within 1⁄4 mile of the offered building, as determined by the LCO.The space shall be of contiguous office space in a professional and aesthetically pleasing Building. Space offered must be in a quality building of sound and substantial construction, either a new, modernized building, or one that has undergone restoration or rehabilitation for the intended use. Space shall be in a prime commercial office space with attractive, professional surroundings. Streets and public walkways shall be well maintained.
