GSU - IDIQ Architectural & Engineering Services 2024

The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, by and on the behalf of Georgia State University (¿GSU¿) is seeking the services of highly qualified Architectural & Engineering firms (¿Consultant¿) to plan, design and administer one or more projects as noted below under Section II - Category of Work. More than one Architectural & Engineering firm may be selected for a one-year term, with the possibility of a one-year renewal, to be a provider under an IDIQ contract. The Consultant(s) selected under this procurement will work through the GSU Department of Design and Construction Services (DCS) to provide design services, including estimating, scheduling, and construction administration. The Consultant(s) will be required to develop and deliver contract documents for one or more of the following delivery methods: Task Order, CM at Risk, Design Bid Build, Letter Bid, and Direct
