On-Call Air Quality State, Federal and International Policy Engagement Support

Contract Number: 071865 Procurement Summary: The Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA) are soliciting proposals from consultants interested in providing air quality state, federal and international policy engagement support. The NWSA intends to award multiple contracts. The length of these agreement is from the date of execution to May 31, 2026, with the option of two (2) one (1) year renewals at the sole discretion of the NWSA, for a possible total of five (5) years and each will not exceed a total of $300,000.00 (for first three years).
