Substitutions will be considered. The quantities specified are not for a one-time delivery and will be ordered on an as-needed basis. Bids for specified and alternative products will be considered for this solicitation. If providing alternative products, provide information including manufacturer, part numbers, and additional specifications for comparison. OCFA reserves the sole right to determine if an equivalent product meets required specifications and quality. Other Details Multiple contracts may be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidders considering the price, technical experience, references, parts and labor cost, distance from OCFA, response time, and overall responsiveness of the bid. Any Invitation for a Bid not received by the stated due date will be classified as a no-bid. Notes Only electronic bids will be accepted for this solicitation.
