PROPOSAL TO LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute
Supplement #1 to China Airlines, ADA-31861, to add Room  NA142, consisting of 420 sf (Term: July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2023) at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (TSAIA). Current Terminal rent rate is $64.06/sf/yr for long term premises lease.  Authorized uses: Airline operation office.This file is available for review during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at TSAIA, Leasing Office located in in the South Terminal, at 5000 W. International Airport Road, Anchorage, Alaska 99502.  Comments or competing applications may be submitted in writing to: Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, Attn: Jeanette Luckey, P.O.
