Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for routine and non-routine troubleshooting, servicing, maintenance, repair, and/or replacement of Overhead Doors and Gates (OD&G) and related components, which shall include all electrical and manual opening systems and remote opening devices, at various Caltrans owned properties, facilities, and maintenance stations in Caltrans District 03.
