Notice of Personnel Board MeetingDepartment of AdministrationDivision of Personnel & Labor Relations BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Alaska State Personnel Board will receive a presentation from the State’s attorney to review their authorities, duties, and responsibilities; and to review outstanding ethics complaints and reports. The Alaska State Personnel Board will hold a meeting on February 12, 2024, starting at 4:00 p.m., on the 19th floor suite 1970 in the Atwood Building, 550 W. 7 th Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska, pursuant to authority vested in it under AS 39.25.070 on the following matters:To take action on minutes from earlier meetings; to receive a presentation from the State’s attorney to review their authorities, duties, and responsibilities; to review outstanding ethics cases and reports; and other matters that may come before the board within the scope of this notice. The deliberations on ethics matters will occur in executive session because these matters are required to be confidential under AS 39.52.340.
